Dude! Something shitty happened to my Serato-box at a recent gig. One of the audio cables between the mixer and Serato-box were torn out, and a little piece of the plug was stuck in the box. Luckily just in one of the “Thru-outputs”. And when I tried to get it out of there, it just went inwards. Anyway, the only thing to do was to open that little box from heaven and try to get the little bastard out of there.

You just can’t have a little gold-plated plug bouncing around inside your Serato.

A couple of weeks ago I was informed that I placed 3rd in the TenMinMix DJ competition for November. The competition is open for everyone who record a 10 minute Dj-set with a videocamera and then uploads it to youtube. Anyway, my videomix placed 3rd of 112 videos, so I’m very pleased. The best of all is that the top 3 winners each month is featured in DJ Mag with a picture and a short quote. So I will definitely pick up the February issue of DJ Mag where I will be featured.

This friday (december 12) Hip-Hop DJ Teddy Touch is coming to Bodø to play at Barbeint. Since Barbeint is the club I have played the most the last year I was thinking that I should give a little shout out on my webpage. I will probably attend this night myself, and I am looking forward to some massive tunes. Especially since I’m walking around feeling a kind of Hip-Hop mood these days.
